  • Sales forecast

    Forecasting future sales is the basis for proper inventory planning and control. Using statistical algorithms, which are automatically adapted to the needs and seasonal behaviors of the products (self adaptive forecasting methods), the system analyzes the sales of each item and selects the best forecasting method for each item separately, without the need for intervention or configuration by the user.

  • Inventory planning

    Inventory Planning is based on the Time Phased Planning model, which is implemented in MRP and MRP II systems. The system automatically creates the inventory and purchase planning plan which shows the overall picture of the inventory, estimated demand per period, expected deliveries, suggested orders to suppliers, suggested arrivals of supplier orders, projective stock in quantity, projective coverage stock per time period, safety stock per period.

  • Creating orders

    Supplier orders are created, printed and shipped automatically, while the system identifies items to be ordered by an expediting process to avoid future stockouts.

  • Stock Replenishment

    Unlike stock replenishment of the central warehouse and the peripheral, dependent warehouses, which is based on the MRP model, the replenishment of the stores (Retail chains) is automated based on the model "Optimal Order Point". For each store the delivery time (lead time), the weekly refill frequency and the desired level of customer service (CSL - Customer Service Level) are pre-defined in the system. The system processes the historical sales data, removes any "noise" that comes from promotions or stockout shortages and calculates the optimal replacement amounts.
