A Web based module for the approval of various types of requests for staff who are on the move in the "field" or generally out of office. The requests submitted by the associates / employees are easily accessible by the responsible / controllers through any web browser, and may concern:
- Offers
- Orders
- Expenses
For the request validation, the user may attach comments, documents, photos. All attachments, as documentation of the requests, are available to the responsible approver.
The system provides the option of different user approvals (commercial director, credit officer, etc.), depending on the amount requested. The design of this flow is implemented via amount levels that correspond to the "role" that is entitled to proceed with approval or rejection.
