Job Brief

As the Product Marketing Manager for our SaaS products, you will play a crucial role in defining our go-to-market strategy and the execution that will enable us to meet our business objectives.

Your strategic insights and marketing expertise will be pivotal in positioning our SaaS products as market leading, ensuring their successful adoption in the market.

About the Role

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for SaaS products, outlining key messaging, customer buyer personas, pricing strategies, and sales channels.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Work closely with the product, sales, content, and demand generation teams to provide the necessary tools, training, and materials to drive successful product launches and ongoing sales efforts.
  • Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate and communicate insights across the organization to enable product development and marketing strategies.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Product Marketing Manager, in a SaaS or Software company is mandatory
  • Experience in a company the utilizes the product-led growth (PLG) methodology
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for SaaS products
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams, launch experience preferred
  • Collaborative and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
