Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, data analysis, and process optimization within the software industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize marketing processes to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of all marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data management to ensure seamless integration and reporting.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to inform decision-making and improve campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management and tracking.
  • Develop and manage the marketing operations budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with overall business goals.
  • Implement and refine marketing workflows, from lead generation to customer retention.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the marketing department by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
  • Management, development and maintenance of marketing reports and dashboards to monitor OKRs and overall marketing performance.

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B software or technology environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, lead scoring, and nurturing processes.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and aligning marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent command of the English language
