We are expanding our Customer Support team in Athens and we are looking for enthusiast professionals for the role 3rd level Technical Support.

About the Role:

  • Troubleshooting incidents that cannot be resolved by tier 2
  • Monitor and investigate technical issues using SQL
  • Perform complex problem solving and provide relevant support to software applications users
  • Receive technical support requests through the CRM System, maintain and update it on any progress
  • Liaising with consultants and developers’ teams
  • Provide feedback on developing new functionalities and improving the existing ones

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related studies
  • Advanced knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Technical know how of software (ERP/CRM/WMS)
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle
