Within the context of evaluating ESG sustainability policies by the international organization EcoVadis, which has a global network of more than 100,000+ evaluated companies, Entersoft received the Bronze medal, providing rich supporting material for each dimension of the evaluation, with applied policies on human resources, ecological sensitivity, procurement processes, etc., highlighting business ethics as its strongest point.

Entersoft, once again proving its leadership as a software vendor for demanding businesses, has been awarded four major awards and the top honor of Provider of the Year, during the Manufacturing Excellence Awards Ceremony 2022. Out of hundreds of facilities in operation, Entersoft was awarded the following:
• Golden award in the category“Effective Customer Service” for a combined solution with Entersoft ERP, WMS/MES, CRM/Mobile SFA, Service and Production software, implemented at ROLCO with the cooperation of “Alfa Informatics Consultants”; a certified Entersoft partner .
• Silver award in the category “Productivity and Performance” for the project implemented at Grantex, pertaining to the upgrade of the Production process and Supply Chain with management of traceability and the complex Order Routing process, with the implementation of Entersoft ERP, Entersoft WMS solutions and Production Circuit.
• Silver award in the category “Successful Collaboration with Customers/Suppliers” for the implementation of the advanced Entersoft Business Suite/Production circuit at VIOMAL; a solution which was used to improve Production and efficiency in the supply chain, elevating the company’s partnerships.
• Bronze award in the category “Efficient Logistics”, for the innovative commercial approach implemented at SOUROTI based on Entersoft ERP, Mobile SFA, e-Distributors Channel Management and MRP solutions
Triple success for Entersoft at the Retail Business Awards 2022
Entersoft received three awards during the Retail Business Awards ceremony
The first silver distinction in the “Best Digital Transformation Retailers” category was awarded to Entersoft Business Suite and Entersoft Retail solutions implemented at Marks & Spencer for the sales management of 27 stores and 110 workstations as well as the online orders for food products, composing a single platform with centralized item management, which helped boost productivity and efficiency of Marks & Spencer’s back office and in-store managers.
The second silver distinction in the “Retail Loyalty / Reward Cards and Programs” category was awarded to the Entersoft Retail solution, also implemented at Marks & Spencer, with a complex real-time process of calculating and implementing numerous, parallel and combined promotions and discounts directly in the stores, with the discount coupons generated within the system available for redemption at any store, therefore enhancing the customer experience.
The aberon solution implemented in the logistics center of KOTSOVOLOS won the silver award in the category “Efficiency and productivity in logistics”. Through the implementation of innovative technologies (Pick to cart, Pick to pallet, RF scanning, Mobile Printing-Labelling, Data Collector for the volumetric measurement of small and large devices), the greatest benefit for Kotsovolos was the efficient management of the huge increase of orders during periods of high consumer intensity, from its distribution center.
Multiple awards for Entersoft at the Supply Chain Awards 2022
Entersoft received multiple accolades, winning a gold, silver and bronze award at the impressive Supply Chain Awards ceremony on Thursday July 7th .
The gold distinction in the “Logistics and Transport Services” was awarded to the innovative aberon Vision Picking solution implemented at DELTA FOODS SA. Specifically, the solution started as a research project and evolved into an integrated innovative system to support and accelerate the order picking process in modern logistics centers, with visible benefits for DELTA FOODS SA: increased productivity, reduction of overtime and upgrading of the picker role.
The aberon solution implemented in the logistics center of KOTSOVOLOS won the silver award in the category “Efficiency and productivity in logistics”. Through the implementation of innovative technologies (Pick to cart, Pick to pallet, RF scanning, Mobile Printing-Labelling, Data Collector for the volumetric measurement of small and large devices), the greatest benefit for Kotsovolos was the efficient management of the tremendous increase in orders during periods of high consumer intensity from its distribution center.
Finally, the bronze distinction in the category “Excellence and Transformation in the Supply Chain”, was awarded to the combined Entersoft ERP, WMS/MES, CRM/Mobile SFA, Service and Production solution implemented at ROLCO with the collaboration of the certified Entersoft partner “Alpha IT Consultants”, incorporating a set of cutting-edge technologies with immediate and noticeable results in the efficiency of the entire supply chain.

Entersoft is listed at the top 10 Field Service Solution Providers in Europe for 2019!
The international magazine CIO Applications Europe and its distinguished team comprised of CIOs, VCs, as well as special market analysts and journalists, aiming to keep its readers up to date on the latest technological developments, created the annual list of the top 10 Field Service providers in Europe for 2019.
Following a specific assessment based on the level of business knowledge, industry know-how and the overall market position, Entersoft was listed as one of the top 10 Field Service Providers at a Pan-European level for 2019. Specifically, the team evaluated the ease of integration of the Entersoft Field Service solution to existing ERP or CRM systems. Additionally, the out-of-the-box connectivity to the back office to provide real-time information and the ability to access and manipulate data from any portable device via online connection. Entersoft among the Diamonds of the Greek Economy
For a second consecutive year, Entersoft received the distinction as one of the Diamonds of Greek Economy for 2018 at the “Diamonds of Greek Economy Awards 2019”.
The Diamonds of Greek Economy awards were presented by New Times Publishing during an event that took place on Wednesday, July 10th 2019 at Great Britain Hotel in Athens. The event was attended by businessmen and executives of the healthiest and most dynamic business groups and business entities in Greece, as well as representatives of the State and media. The event aimed to bring in prominence the most dynamic Greek businesses. Entersoft was evaluated on the basis of economic indicators and criteria such as profitability, debt, liquidity, equity ratio, etc., including factors such as invested capital, human resources policy as well as corporate and social responsibility issues, therefore featuring Entersoft as one of the most healthy and growing companies in the country.

Multiple distinctions for the Entersoft Group at the Supply Chain Awards 2018
Entersoft Group, within the impressive Supply Chain Awards ceremony, has won multiple awards by awarding three gold and a silver award. The annual award ceremony is an initiative of the Supply Chain Institute and Boussias Communications.
More specifically, two (2) gold awards were won by the innovative Entersoft WMS solution, both as a standalone participant and in partnership with the Karamolegos Brewery. The first gold prize was received by Entersoft WMS in the “Software and Equipment in the Supply Chain” category, where the multiple capabilities that the system gives to the day-to-day business processes of warehouses, reducing the complexity of operations and optimizing resource management. Gold award in the category “Innovation in transport – distribution” was also given to Karamolegos & Entersoft. With Entersoft WMS®, the Karamolegos Bread Maker has benefited directly from the simplicity of using and implementing procedures, the modern and user-friendly User Interface, the speed of procedures, the reduction of errors, the elimination of data transfer (since it now operates in a unified environment) and the simple and flexible use of the wireless terminal.
At the same time, Gold and Silver Distinction, the implementation of the Retail @ Link Vendor Management Inventory services for the complete replenishment of the warehouses in Diamantis Masoutis SA (“Collaborative Supply Chain Practice”) and e-Distributors Channel Management respectively for the daily DODONI Sales Representatives’ Data Collection (“Local Dealers – Special Partners”). Retail @ Link offered both Diamantis Massoutis SA and DODONI SA two systems of continuous performance monitoring of their associates with a constant, growing competitive advantage while at the same time strengthening trade relations for the joint achievement of KPI’s with win-win benefits to be disseminated to all actors in the supply chain.
Apivita won the Silver Award at the Sales Excellence Awards 2017 for the Entersoft Mobile SFA solutionFor the successful exploitation and efficiency of the Entersoft Mobile Sales Force Automation (SFA) application, Apivita received one of the highest award, Silver Award, within the Sales Excellence Awards 2017, in the category of Digital Transformation of Sales. Apivita has delivered excellent results from the exploitation of the Entersoft Mobile SFA solution. The Sales Department increased the number of appointments by 20% and reduced its preparation by 60%. In addition, the application's online functionality has halved the time it takes to update the system with new data. More data means more information about sales team management. Analytical data, reports, interactive tables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) support real-time decision making, improve sales productivity and consumer experience
Entersoft won the 2nd Business Prize in “Best Alternative Market Award” at CHRIMA Business Awards 2016.
Entersoft has been awarded with the 2nd Best Award of Alternative Market Award for its financial returns, business initiatives, internationalization, continuous investment and innovative achievements.

The annual award event is co-organized by Boussias Communications and the E-Business Research Center, ELTRUN, of the Athens University of Economics and Business, which is also responsible for the scientific support of the competition. The awards aim to highlight how innovation can be deployed & its best practices, in the ecosystem of mobile business and marketing. Award criteria were, among others, the innovation of the application, the proven market success, as well as the quantitative and qualitative data about the gains customers received by using the apps.

More specifically, Entersoft won the SILVER Award at the Organizational Technologies category, for implementing Entersoft Mobile Sales Force Automation at Frezyderm. The application has contributed in sales’ effectiveness and increased productivity, optimized merchandising and promotion activities, increased overall Customer Experience, while enabled operating costs reduction.
In March 2015, Mr. Stavros Menegos, R&D Director at Entersoft, was selected to be a Microsoft Regional Director. Entersoft’s commitment to applicable innovation together with the significant and continuous investments in research and development, contributed decisively to Mr. Menegos’ selection by Microsoft. Two Entersoft customers, Electronet & L’Oreal Hellas, were awarded at Sales Excellence Awards 2014 for exploiting the benefits of Entersoft Mobile® applications.Electronet for its retail store in Crete won the GOLD Award at the category Innovative Retail Store for exploiting the benefits of Entersoft Mobile® Retail Sales Assistant application. The application contributes significantly in customer experience improvement, in their daily sales operations and has contributed in increasing their sales.
L’OREAL Hellas won the BRONZE Award at the category Sales Technologies for two of its divisions, consumer products and dermocosmetics division for exploiting the benefits of Entersoft Mobile® Sales Force Automation & Entersoft Mobile® Merchandising at their field sales. Entersoft Mobile® apps is the single working tool for these sales divisions, having optimized their daily work operations in terms of accuracy and time, while increased productivity.

The awarded application, automates sales operations, field marketing and merchandising activities, questionnaires and surveys with cutting edge technologies for smartphones and tablets on many operating systems and with multiple use models, such as on premise, Microsoft Azure Cloud, licensed or Software as a Service (SaaS), to provide comprehensive offering based on each customer’s needs. Moreover, the application stood out at the awards due to its wide market acceptance; more than 80 key projects have been implemented in several different verticals, in 4 countries, founding a remarkable multinational clientele. Today, more than 1,500 mobile users perform their daily operations on Entersoft Mobile while the number of users increases significantly should Entersoft Mobile back office users are included. In June 2012, Microsoft in Greece awarded Entersoft for its Cloud applications in Windows Azure. Microsoft was looking for innovative applications with commercial potential in Windows Azure and Windows Phone 7, for the CEE region thus organized the “Your Business - Your Fame” competition. The submitted proposals by Microsoft partners were evaluated in terms of innovation, commercial potential in addition to their comprehensive technical lead. Entersoft S.A. ranked first in the Windows Azure category in Greece, for its cloud-based business applications E-Commerce and Mobile of Entersoft Business Suite®. This distinction provided Entersoft the opportunity to compete for the Central and Eastern Europe award, which will be nominated during the World Partner Conference Microsoft (WPC) held in July in Toronto, Canada.
