Pandelis Nikolopoulos, Chairman of the BoD
Pandelis Nikolopoulos, one of the founders of Computer Logic, was its Technical Director for many years. In 1996 he became General Manager for the Large Accounts Department. Dr. Nikolopoulos is the Chairman of the Board at Entersoft.
Konstantinos Dimitrakopoulos, Vice President of the BoD
Konstantinos Dimitrakopoulos was one of the founders of Computer Logic North that represented and supported the products of Computer Logic in Northern Greece. For more than 17 years he was General Manager of the Computer Logic’s –and later LogicDIS- branch in North Greece. Today, he is Vice President of the Board of Directors at Entersoft and General Manager of North Greece branch.
Antonis Kotzamanidis, Managing Director
Antonis Kotzamanidis holds a PhD degree in Computing from Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine. Initially he worked as Software Developer, Large Accounts Services Manager and Deputy General Manager for Computer Logic and LogicDIS. In 2002, together with his colleagues, he founded Entersoft and became its Managing Director. Until today he contributes to the company’s continuous growth from a startup to a Group with more than 250 people and clients in 19 countries in Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East. In 2008 he ran the project of Entersoft entering the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE). From 2009 till today he founded 3 Entersoft subsidiaries in Romania, Bulgaria and UAE while at the same time he successfully concluded the acquisition of five smaller software companies (namely Retail Link, Nova Consulting, Alfa Software Solutions, Cardisoft and the Pocketbiz activity of Sieben). He has been a member of the Board of the Federation of Hellenic Information Technology & Communications Enterprises as well as a member of the General Council of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises.
Stavros Menegos, Member of the BoD
Stavros Menegos received his MSc from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine of the University of London. He was leading the design and implementation of the Omega client/server development framework at Computer Logic. In 2000 he was appointed R&D Director at LogicDIS with the responsibility to set the technological strategy for the company. He left LogicDIS in June 2002 to undertake Entersoft’s R&D.
Charalambos Avratoglou, Member of the BoD
Charalambos Avratoglou received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Thrace. He has been designing, developing and supervising the development of a great number of well-known, in the Greek market, business applications such as Professional, Defacto, LogicDIS Prime ERP, LogicDIS Business ERP, LogicDIS HRM and more. He was the technical leader of the design and development of Computer Logic’s client/server technological framework Omega. In 2000 he was appointed as Technical Director at LogicDIS until June 2002 when he left to join Entersoft as its Technical Director. Today, he is New Business Development Director.
Katia Papacrhistopoulou, Member of the BoD
Katia Papachristopoulou holds a degree in Physics from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. For fifteen years she worked in Computer Logic and LogicDIS in the analysis and design of a great number of best-selling, in the Greek market, business applications for SMEs (Horizontes, Defacto, Personnel), and in 1996 she heads the application development teams on the OMEGA Platform (LogicDIS Prime / Business ERP, ERP / Securities etc.). In 2002, together with her colleagues, founded Entersoft and she undertakes Application Development Director. Since 2018 she has held the position of Group Marketing Director.
Constantinos Fokas, Member of the BoD
Constantinos Focas has 25 years of experience in Information Technology industry, specializing in software services. From 1997 to 2002 he held the position of Project Manager and then that of Services Director at Computer Logic and LogicDIS, after the merger. In 2002 he co-founded NOVA CONSULTING S.A., an ERP and Mobile applications service provider, in which he held the position of CEO. In 2009 NOVA CONSULTING S.A. was acquired by Entersoft S.A., and he was appointed Services & Support Director at Entersoft. Since 2015 he holds the position of General Manager for the Enterprise Applications Division.
Marica Labrou, Independent member of the BoD
Seasoned Business Leader, BoD member at Entersoft as of Oct 2019, Chemical Engineer and MBA, with 30+ years of extensive managerial experience in a number of multinational & Greek companies, in positions ranging from Product Management & Business Development (BSH and HP) to Channel & Business Solutions Management (Microsoft) to General Management, Managing Director and CEO (SingularLogic, Intersys, KAFKAS).
Active in a number of institutes: Vice President of ACEO - Association of CEOs, member of the Women in Business (WIB) Committee of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce, member of GBRW - Global Board Ready Women, member of Greek Women Scientists Association, mentor at WoT (Women on Top) and Endeavor.
She writes articles and delivers speeches on various business topics.
Katerina Pramatari, Independent member of the BoD
Katerina Pramatari is partner at Uni.Fund and Associate Professor at the Department of Management Science and Technology of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). She is also Scientific Coordinator of the ELTRUN/SCORE research group and of ACEin, the Athens Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at AUEB. She holds a B.Sc. in Informatics and M.Sc. in Information Systems from AUEB, and a Ph.D. in Information Systems and Supply Chain Management also from AUEB. She has received various academic distinctions and scholarships and has published more than 100 papers in scientific journals, peer-reviewed academic conferences and book chapters. Prior to joining the academia, she has worked as systems analyst and assistant brand manager at Procter&Gamble. Over the last years she has supported several teams in the setup of their own ventures and has been among the initiators and supporters of various activities fostering youth entrepreneurship. Lately she has been among the initiators of Uni.Fund, a fund established to support the growth of new ventures and leverage the hidden potential that exists in the Greek Universities, R&D and Tech Space.
