Job Brief

As the Product Marketing Manager for our Enterprise products (ERP, CRM WMS), you will play a crucial role in defining our go-to-market strategy and the execution that will enable us to meet our business objectives.

Your strategic insights and marketing expertise will be pivotal in positioning our Enterprise products as market leading, ensuring their successful adoption in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Enterprise products, outlining key messaging, customer buyer personas, pricing strategies, and sales channels
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation
  • Work closely with the product, sales, content, and demand generation teams to provide the necessary tools, training, and materials to drive successful product launches and ongoing sales efforts
  • Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate and communicate insights across the organization to enable product development and marketing strategies
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

 

Responsibilities and skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager for ERP, CRM or WMS software products
  • Experience in a company the utilizes the Account Based Marketing (ABM) methodology
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for Enterprise software products
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams, launch experience preferred

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Marketing Operations Manager to help us drive positive marketing results by harmonizing marketing activities, creating alignment, and driving efficiency through people, processes, technology (Marketing Technology stack and automations), and data. Furthermore, they will oversee the activities of the Marketing Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing forecasting on Marketing goals and objectives, ensuring the team is aligned with the company’s goals
  • Management, development and maintenance of Marketing reports and dashboards to monitor Marketing KPIs and overall Marketing performance
  • Marketing plan maintenance and budget monitoring to ensure alignment to strategy and plan, and on-time and budget execution

  • Deep understanding of demand generation, lead engagement and nurturing, revenue attribution, account and lead stages, lead and contact statuses, customer lifecycle, and sales funnel
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager to drive business insights and understand website behaviors
  • Experience communicating business insights & ROI to senior Marketing, Sales & Product leaders, from the data collected by our marketing systems
  • Ability to understand Business Intelligence analysis and get meaningful insights out of them

  • Experience in using WordPress, Mailchimp, HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • You have worked on landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and display marketing.
  • The ability to manage SEO and SEM marketing campaigns, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • A knack for identifying target audiences and you know where to find them to encourage engagement and conversions.
  • Experience in optimising landing pages for optimal conversions.

  • 5 years of experience as Software Consultant
  • Knowledge in any of ERP/CRM/WMS Software or/and Mobile Applications (SFA/XVAN/Service/Med Rep)
  • Advanced SQL knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills and result-oriented approach
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Team leading skills and team spirit
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
