About the Role

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join the Knowledge Dissemination Department of the company with the following key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and coordinate the successful completion of internal training programs, the evaluation process and certifications
  • Design and develop training programs with internal or external partners
  • Support to the transition in the new LMS platform
  • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets) and update the EBS system with all information related to the trainings
  • Recommend improvements related to training process and suggest new training programs
  • Submit reports on training activities and outcomes
  • Act as a point-of-contact for partners and provide support to employees on knowledge database management

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Computer Science, Business Administration or any other related studies
  • Certification as a Trainer will be considered an asset
  • Hands-on experience in coordinating trainings
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms

Role Purpose

The Digital Marketing Account Manager is a pivotal role at Wedia’s Digital Marketing Unit, serving as the bridge between our clients and our internal team. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless onboarding of new clients, maintaining productive communication with existing clients, and effectively managing project deliverables within the team. About the Role

As an Accounting Consultant you will participate in myData projects throughout the implementation life cycle: design, mapping, testing and go-live support and specifically:

  • Meet business stakeholders (e.g. Accountants) to discover, analyze and define requirements
  • Work closely with project team to design the processes for solution deployment
  • Provide consulting services to customers regarding myData
  • Support customers and provide guidelines on the use of myData platform
