Certifications and Competencies

Due to Entersoft’s high scalable product range, Partner Certifications have three (3) years validity while in the meantime Entersoft Partners are regularly updated on new functionalities, modules, versions etc., to ensureincreased customer satisfaction and support.

Entersoft Certified Partners are classified into 3 categories:  

1. Platinum Partner. They serve and support a large number of customers in many different vertical markets. They invest significantly on Entersoft’s Business Software Products and Technology while they have at least three (3) Entersoft Certified Consultants. They have the required certification on Entersoft’s basic product platform, i.e. ERP, CRM, E-Commerce in addition to the technical and scientific knowledge related to products.

2. Gold Partners. They have substantial knowhow and implementation experience with an increasing number of clientele. They have at least two (2) Entersoft Certified Consultants, in a couple of products.

3. Silver Partners. They have relatively small number of clients and they have at least one (1) Entersoft Certified Consultant, in at least one (1) product.
