Pepsico ΗΒΗ

HBI Panagopoulos was founded in 1926 when Nikos Panagopoulos created a small beverage industry in Maroussi and called it HBH to remind the little goddess who was spoiling the Olympian gods with nectar. In the 1960s and 1970s, an integrated company was formed by acquiring the bottling plant of the well-known water source of Karantani in Loutraki and creating the facilities in Athens and Thessaloniki. In 1973, HBH-Panagopoulos acquired the exclusive right to produce Pepsi Cola in Greece and in 1989 it was acquired by PepsiCo and renamed PepsiCo-HBH.
