Pandelis Nikolopoulos, Chairman of the BoD
Pantelis Nikolopoulos, one of the founders and major shareholders of Computer Logic SA, was for many years its Technical Director and General Manager of the Large Projects and Integrated Solutions Division. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a PhD from the École Nationale Supérieure d’Informatique et de Mathématiques Appliquées de Grenoble (France). In 2002, together with other executives, they founded Entersoft and since then he has been the Chairman of its Board of Directors and a major shareholder.
Konstantinos Dimitrakopoulos, Vice President of the BoD
Konstantinos Dimitrakopoulos was one of the founders of Computer Logic North that represented and supported the products of Computer Logic in Northern Greece. For more than 17 years he was General Manager of the Computer Logic’s –and later LogicDIS- branch in North Greece. Today, he is Vice President of the Board of Directors at Entersoft.
Antonis Kotzamanidis, Managing Director
Antonis Kotzamanidis is currently the Managing Director and executive member of the Board of Directors. He holds a PhD degree in Computing from Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine. He worked for ten years as Software Developer, Large Accounts Services Manager and Deputy General Manager for Computer Logic and LogicDIS. In 2002, together with his colleagues, he founded Entersoft and became its Managing Director. Until today he contributes to the company’s continuous growth from a startup to a Group with presence in Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East with more than 400 people and clients in 35 countries. In 2008 he ran the project of Entersoft entering the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE) while in 2020 he successfully completed the entrance of the company in the Main Market of the Stock Exchange. From 2009 till today he founded 3 subsidiaries in Romania, Bulgaria and United Arabic Emirates while at the same time he completed the acquisition of 8 smaller companies or software activities (Novacon, Retail-Link, Cardisoft, Alpha Software Solutions, Pocketbiz, Plexis ERP, Optimum and Wedia). He has been a member of the Board of the Federation of Hellenic Information Technology & Communications Enterprises as well as a member of the General Council of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises.
Stavros Menegos, Member of the BoD
Stavros Menegos is currently executive member of the Board of Directors. He received his MSc from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine of the University of London. He was leading the design and implementation of the Omega client/server development framework at Computer Logic. In 2000 he was appointed R&D Director at LogicDIS with the responsibility to set the technological strategy for the company. From 2002 until today, he holds the position of Entersoft's Director of Research and Development, having full responsibility for the Company's technological platforms and processes and the development of all its products, while since 2015 is distinguished by the honorary international title of Microsoft Regional Director for N/A Europe.
Charalambos Avratoglou, Member of the BoD
Charalambos Avratoglou is currently executive member of the Board of Directors. He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Thrace. He has been designing, developing and supervising the development of a great number of well-known, in the Greek market, business applications such as Professional, Defacto, LogicDIS Prime ERP, LogicDIS Business ERP, LogicDIS HRM and more. He was the technical leader of the design and development of Computer Logic’s client/server technological framework Omega. In 2000 he was appointed as Technical Director at LogicDIS until June 2002 when he left to join Entersoft as its Technical Director. Today, he is New Business Development Director.
Katia Papacrhistopoulou, Member of the BoD
Katia Papachristopoulou is currently executive member of the Board of Directors. She holds a degree in Physics from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. For fifteen years she worked in Computer Logic and LogicDIS in the analysis and design of a great number of best-selling, in the Greek market, business applications for SMEs (Horizontes, Defacto, Personnel), and in 1996 she heads the application development teams on the OMEGA Platform (LogicDIS Prime / Business ERP, ERP / Securities etc.). In 2002, together with her colleagues, founded Entersoft and she undertakes Application Development Director. Since 2018 she has held the position of Group Marketing Director.
George Xirogiannis, Independent member of the BoD
Dr George Xirogiannis is currently the Deputy Director General at SEV Hellenic Federation of Enterprises and the CEO of its research institute. He is also Vice Chairman of the International Business & Investment Committee of Business Europe, based in Brussels. His portfolio includes industrial policy, growth strategies, investments, digital economy, regional development and international trade.
He has previously worked as Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), directing the Strategy & Operations consulting services and Government & Public Sector industry. He has directed flagship projects in Greece and abroad in transport, banking, telecommunications and public administration. He began his professional career as an information systems consultant. Dr Xirogiannis has lectured undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the Department of Informatics, University of Piraeus and at the Department of Financial and Management Engineering, University of the Aegean. He has served as a Board member at the Aegean Technopolis, based in Chios island. He has written extensively on modern entrepreneurship. His research on artificial intelligence has been published in major research journals and international conferences. He holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Heriot-Watt University, Dpt. of Electrical Engineering, Edinburgh and an M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence from Bristol University. He graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Ioannina
Marica Labrou, Independent member of the BoD
Marica Labrou is Senior Business Advisor and Author of the book "Secrets of Success for Family Businesses in the New Era". She is a member of the Board of Directors of DEPA, Entersoft, Focus Bari and TEKA. She has more than 30 years of successful executive experience in major multinational and Greek companies (BSH, HP, Microsoft, SingularLogic, Intersys, KAFKAS), the last 15 years in positions of General Manager and CEO. She has a degree in Chemical Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration (MBA). She is a member of WCD (Women Corporate Directors) and NED Club (Association of Non-Executive Board Members), mentor at Endeavor and WoT (Women on Top). She is also member of two Advisory Boards in AUEB (Athens University of Economics and Business). Until February 2021 she was the Vice President of ACEO (Association of CEOs in Greece) and a member of the Women's Committee of the Hellenic-American Chamber. Being committed to compassionate leadership and to innovative entrepreneurship, she is the Founder and CEO of CEL (Compassionate Entrepreneurial Leadership) consulting agency.
George Lysseos, Independent member of the BoD
George Lysseos studied Mechanical Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and continued his postgraduate studies in Management at the Imperial College Science, Technology & Medicine of London. He has extensive experience in strategic and financial planning, as well as in the design and implementation of business management transformation systems. He is the Executive Director of the Association of Plastic Industries of Greece, of which he served as Chairman from November 2015 to November 2018. He has more than 30 years of experience in the General Management of large multinational and Greek companies, including Pipelife Hellas S.A., Proto S.A. (Spentzos Group), Katselis & Sons ABEE, always assuming positions of increased responsibility. He has a number of Certifications (Certified Champion for 6s, Advanced Finance MCE, Leadership Principles MCE). He is also certified from Cambridge University in Business Sustainability Management. He is a member of the Hellenic Business Management Association (EEDE), as well as the Association of Senior Business Executives (EASE).
