ENTERSOFT & SOFTONE (Olympia Group, Imker Capital, Antonis Kyriazis) announce the integration of the two companies into a single organization, creating the leader in business software in a constantly evolving digital ecosystem in Greece. The new organization will continue to deliver much higher value for employees, partners, customers and the market, both in Greece and Southeast Europe (mainly Cyprus, Romania and Bulgaria).
ENTERSOFT and SOFTONE are joining forces and combine their strengths, expertise, innovation and specialization. The new organisation will focus on developing a unified strategy that responds to the evolving needs of businesses. This strategy seeks to further strengthen the group’s market presence and consolidate its commercial excellence. It is based on the ability to realise high value-added investments while creating more opportunities for professional development.
The new organization is the leading provider of business software products and services in Greece, with an expanded portfolio of solutions that are used daily by more than 90,000 customers, a nationwide network of 700 partners and more than 1,500 employees.
The management team, led by Antonis Kotzamanidis as CEO, has unique experience in the industry, combining the strengths of executives from both companies. Mr. Kotzamanidis makes it a priority to ensure business continuity and implement the ambitious growth strategy of the new Group.
