Recently, the implementation of the aberon F-drp solution at Innovis Pharma was successfully completed in order to ensure effective stock control and timely scheduling of orders to suppliers.
The solution was integrated with the company’s ERP in order to continuously exchange data such as sales, expected orders, stock per SKU and batch.
Stock replenishment plans and order proposals to the company’s suppliers were based not only on demand forecasting but also on the timely estimation of the quantity to expire per SKU through the aberon F-drp solution.
In addition, through the proposal of different replenishment scenarios (what if analysis), the company was able to evaluate more effectively the alternative order proposals to its suppliers, ensuring more secure decision making.
