Entersoft acquires 60% of INTELIQUA, strengthening its digital innovation strategy

Entersoft, a leading b2b software company, announces the acquisition of 60% of INTELIQUA, a leader in Customer Experience and Loyalty for the Retail, Services, Energy and other industries. This agreement strengthens Entersoft presence in the fast growing industry of digital solutions and Customer Experience (CX).

INTELIQUA has established itself as a leader in customer experience platforms with Eliqua.CX, an innovative platform that enhances customer loyalty and drives revenue growth by leveraging data and artificial intelligence technologies. Entersoft and INTELIQUA with its innovative customer experience platform, are combining forces to deliver a comprehensive digital experience that meets the needs of modern businesses.

For the current year INTELIQUA is expected to report revenues of EUR 2.8 million and EBITDA of EUR 0.4 million. Its customer base includes renowned retail chains such as Marks & Spencer, Notos, Holland Barrett, Holmes Place, Funky Buddha, Intersport, Galerie de Beaute, Stamos Dairy etc.
