ELPEN, a Greek company operating in the pharma industry, with domestic and international presence of more than 50 years and with significant partnerships abroad, decided to extend its successful cooperation with ENTERSOFT (in the areas of Logistics and Mobile Medical Representative) by choosing the certified electronic invoicing solution for the total of its documents issued (Invoices, Credit Notes, Invoices/Delivery notes), as well as electronic invoicing with the Public Sector.
Through the ENTERSOFT e-portal, ELPEN monitors the status of each document which, especially for transactions with the Public Sector, includes all status changes (read, registered, paid), reducing the time required to manage each transaction to just 1-2 minutes. The implementation of this new project gives ELPEN access to a huge e-invoicing community, while ENTERSOFT’s holistic approach for the handling of all required procedures as well as its Peppol certification for e-invoicing with the Public Sector, in full compliance with national and international legislation, were key criteria for the launch of this collaboration.
