The Hellenic Duty Free Shops S.A., member of Dufry AG, the international travel retail giant with operations in 75 countries, 1,200 locations and 5,500 stores, implements Entersoft SCM360/aberon solution that offers an overall approach to warehouse management. Specifically, the project involves the automated, real-time sending of orders regarding picking, intramovement activities, store replenishment, as well as tracking of Lot numbers and Serial Numbers for more than 90,000 SKUs handled daily within each warehouse.
The capabilities of Entersoft aberon solution for the execution of every action in the warehouse through which the picking and reception processes are automated, eliminating the possibility of human error, was the main criterion for the selection of this solution for Hellenic Duty Free Shops S.A, with the prospect of implementation in 50 warehouses throughout Greece.
