Once again Entersoft sponsored the 2nd Business Finance in Action! conference, which was held online on May 25th, addressing CFOs and senior finance and accounting executives where, with the participation of key speakers, modern applied digital transformation practices were presented through case studies.
Constantinos Focas, General Manager, Enterprise Applications Division, represented Entersoft Group, presenting “Key digital transformation practices effectively implemented in Entersoft Group”, referring to the challenges of recent years, the key problems of organizing finance in an environment of increasing complexity and interaction, but also with the evolving digitization of state infrastructures underway, problems that the CFO is called upon to solve taking into account people, processes and available technologies. The issues he focused on were invoicing automation, liquidity control actions and the framework for organizing customer relations, with visible results in terms of savings and a clear overview of the most important financial indicators, both at group-of-companies level as well as at company and business unit level.
