PetroGaz, as part of its development and modernization, needed a solution to meet the requirements of 100 xVan users who used traditional PDAs with only off-line functionality. The friendly and modern user interface, the flexibility to adapt to their particular needs (specific weights, temperatures, prices, etc.) and the ability to work off-line but at the same time receive real-time inventory data as well as prices and customer open balances, were some features of the Entersoft solution that gained their trust.
Users now have a complete customer view and automatic price updates through their tablet, while real-time document issuance, receipts and payments are made with no need to interface to the company. As a result, customers are served faster, xVan salespeople visit more locations in less time with zero mistake levels, while back office users take off the heavy burden of countless calls and processes.
PetroGaz, a member of the Veroniki Holding Group, with presence in over 9 European countries and approximately 1,500 employees, distributes bottled product in 2,000 gas stations in Greece, while supplies AUTOGAS stations throughout the country.
