ELPEN Pharmaceutical Company selects Entersoft CRM – Mobile SFA/MedRp

ELPEN S.A., one of the largest Greek pharmaceutical companies, has chosen the Entersoft CRM & Mobile Sales Force Effectiveness Platform to be incorporated in its everyday business, in order to meet the needs of approximately 240 medical representatives, 20 sales representatives and 50 back-office users.


Through this solution, the company will be able to manage more efficiently the visit plans and actual results of all the medical and sales representatives, who will be equipped with Tablets that will enhance their productivity and optimize their focus and direction towards the execution of activities that will guarantee the successful attainment of their goals.


Moreover, all the Sales Supervisors (Area, Regional and Sales Managers) will have access to a large number of Reports, Diagrams and Dashboards that will provide invaluable insights in order to better manage their teams and fine tune their strategy and periodic action plan.


Over the last 50 years, ELPEN has been researching, developing, producing and exporting innovative pharmaceutical products in 60 countries around the globe. The company employs 728 people, including 290 marketing professionals and medical representatives that provide excellent work, thus reaching more than 24.000 physicians/doctors and 3.500 pharmacists all over Greece.


Seeking for a modern solution that would help the company establish an effective framework for managing its everyday activities, ELPEN chose the Entersoft CRM & Mobile Sales Force Effectiveness Platform, which will be implemented for Windows Desktops and Laptops (for the back-office users), as well as for Windows Tablets (for the medical representatives).


In addition, the previously mentioned mobile version of the solution will be customized appropriately for iPADs, to fully meet the needs of all the sales reps that visit pharmacies and to incorporate functions and automations, such as creating visit plans, based on territories and other important parameters, taking orders by applying the current commercial and credit policy, recording merchandising and competition data in the pharmacy, providing information and feedback to the client, concerning accounts payable, orders status, sales budget and actual figures, comparative data, etc.
