APIVITA invests in Entersoft CRM & Mobile SFA to strengthen Sales, Marketing & Merchandising

Nikos and Niki Koutsiana established APIVITA in 1972. Since then over 300 natural products for face, body and hair have been developed. All of them extract from Greek herbs, pure essential oils and many green innovations and patents. The company’s passion and vision are expanding through its products in 15 countries such as Spain, Japan, Hong Kong, USA, Cyprus, Ukraine, Romania etc.

Apivita’s need for an innovative software solution, supporting both business and customer requirements was a key factor of the company selection. Entersoft had the technology, the solution and the know how to support Apivita’s current and future plans.

The proposed solution for Apivita was Entersoft CRM & Sales Force Automation (SFA), ideal for field customer activities (i.e order taking, returns, merchandising, audits, promotions, stock counting, consumers questionnaires, price monitoring etc.), back office strategy and internal processes (visit planning, approvals, competition analysis etc.). With Entersoft’s commitment and methodology, the outcome was a fast implementation of 3 months. Nowadays, 75 users are using the system. Entersoft CRM and Mobile SFA integrate seamlessly with Apivita’s non-Entersoft ERP System.

Now, the relevant teams have critical information through a user-friendly platform anytime and in real time. In addition, the management team has all the appropriate input and data for better decision making. Analytics, reports, interactive Dashboards and KPIs support real time informed decision making, enhance sales productivity and consumer experience. This is a significant advantage for every aspect of a sales agreement, from financial policy to delivery time.
