Entersoft S.A. acquires Cardisoft S.A. and enters IT Public Sector Projects 

Entersoft S.A. announced the complete acquisition of Cardisoft S.A.’s shares, in implementation of its BoD approval of December 10, 2012.

 

Cardisoft S.A. specializes in information systems for Educational Institutions, Contact Centers and Voice Portals with great success and participates in IT projects for the private and public sector.

 

Its clientele include the largest Educational Institutions of Greece such as Aristotle University, Athens University of Economics, Democritus University, Pantion University, the Universities of Crete, Ioannina, Piraeus, Aegean, Peloponnese, Thessaly and a large number of Technical Educational Institutions of the country. Furthermore, Cardisoft currently implements projects at the Universities of Albania and Belarus and has strong potential to expand in more countries and educational institutions in the region. Moreover, Cardisoft has implemented significant Call Center and Voice Portal projects, for Piraeus Bank, ATE Bank, Emporiki Bank a Credit Agricole group member, Diethniki Asset Management a National Bank of Greece group member, Hellenic Statistical Authority, Shell and more.

 

This acquisition empowers Entersoft to enter the IT Public Sector market and participate dynamically in the NSRF projects, providing additional growth potential for the company in the coming years. Additionally, enhances the ability to expand in the specialized market of Educational Institutions in Central and Eastern Europe, leveraging Entersoft’s investments in these markets. The acquisition will not really affect the company’s revenues for 2012 however it will substantially improve the Group’s results in 2013.
