Calin S.A., owned by the listed in the Athens Stock Exchange Market ELVE Clothing S.A., selected and installed Entersoft Retail software.The application supports the operations of its three independent chain stores, Calzedonia, Intimissimi and Tezenis.The company’s strategy was to improve and integrate its operation processes, aiming at increased profitability and improved services support towards its franchisees and consumers.
Calin S.A., is the Greek Master Franchisee of Calzedonia S.p.A Italia and was established in 1999, while existed since 1994.Calin S.A., expands its Calzedonia, Intimissimi and Tezenis chain stores successfully with franchising method.Globally, the firm is growing in an accelerated pace.In Greece it has 24 owned subsidiaries as Major Franchisor and more than 90 franchisees.The company provides its franchisees continuous multi-field support, to evolve professionally and financially contributing to the network’s success.Part of this support, is the software system the company uses, in order to connect the stores with the central offices in Italy for replenishment purposes along with invoicing, warehouse monitoring, statistical analytics and more.
To support its quick growth, Calin S.A., invested in restructuring its information system, since its custom one could not support the company’s developing requirements.Entersoft Retail’s advanced technical and functional characteristics provide the company with rich MIS Reporting, effective coordination and monitoring of its commercial and financial operations.The integrated software system is flexible for the users and provides greater transaction speed.Currently is being used by 64 users and is expected to reach 150 soon.Furthermore, Entersoft Retail provides uninterrupted connection with the central offices in Italy, for the monitoring of the shops’ stock levels, reordering procedures and replenishment of merchandise, optimizing the network’s service level and operation.
